The Daily Return is a guided morning meditation practice held every day. It is a gentle invitation to begin each day from a place of presence rather than urgency. Before the world rushes in, this is your time to return to yourself.
Each session is a short, intentional practice — breath, stillness, and inner listening. There is no prior experience needed. You only need the willingness to show up for yourself, one morning at a time. Over time, this small daily act becomes the foundation of everything.
Timings & Format
The Daily Return runs every morning, Monday through Saturday. Each session is approximately 60 minutes. The practice includes guided breathwork, a short silent meditation, and a gentle closing intention to carry into your day.
Sessions are led live by Ekta Bhatia and are open to all levels. There is no need to prepare anything in advance. Simply arrive, settle in, and breathe.
