Thank you for choosing Ekah Healing. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking a session or membership.

Individual Sessions

Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability
No-show: No refund. The session will be marked as completed.

Daily Meditation Membership (₹3,333/month)

Membership is valid for the calendar month of purchase
Cancellation before first session: Full refund
Cancellation after sessions have begun: No refund for the current month. Membership will not auto-renew.
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us before the next billing cycle

Group Sessions & Ceremonies

Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund
Cancellation within 48 hours: Credit towards a future session (valid for 3 months)
Event cancellation by Ekah Healing: Full refund or automatic rescheduling to next available date

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (UPI or bank transfer).

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
